We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of 1600 SAR and will also benefit from working in an internationally renowned organization.

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for acquiring information about the land by making careful measurements and calculations for construction projects, land division or boundary designation. Duties include collecting data through use of electronic distance measurement devices, total stations, and GPS systems; evaluating land area calculations; preparing survey measurements; writing technical reports; and adhering to all safety regulations.

The ideal candidate should possess a university degree or equivalent in surveying or related field, as well as relevant experience in the field. An understanding of local regulations and laws is essential, as is knowledge of modern surveying techniques and equipment. The successful candidate should also have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with colleagues from different backgrounds. A valid driving license is required for this position.
