Job Summary:
A talented Land Surveyor is needed for a full-time position in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying land and providing accurate measurements of land properties. The salary for this position is 1300 SAR/month. We are open to considering immigrant candidates with at least one year of experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities:
• Measuring and mapping out land properties using surveying equipment
• Compiling data from calculations and field notes into detailed maps and reports
• Preparing sketches of boundary lines based on property descriptions
• Researching deeds, legal documents, and other records to determine boundaries
• Keeping up to date with new surveying technologies and techniques
• Ensuring the accuracy of all survey work by double checking results
• Analyzing collected data utilizing software programs
• Explaining technical aspects of survey processes to clients

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
• At least one year of professional experience in the same role
• Working knowledge of all survey methods including GPS surveying techniques & total station surveys
• Experience with CAD software such as Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar programs
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents such as deeds, title deeds, plans etc.
