Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a Land Surveyor in Riyadh with a salary of 1600. This position is open to both local and foreign candidates. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out precise land surveys and measuring services. The individual must also have a great eye for detail and be able to accurately interpret the data collected.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or equivalent field
• Should have at least 3 years of experience in land survey activities
• Must possess excellent analytical skills
• Must have an understanding of the local mapping regulations and standards
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD drafting software is desirable
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• A valid driver’s license is an advantage

Job Duties:
• Carry out land surveys accurately using advanced surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS systems, etc.
• Interpret the survey data collected and create detailed maps or reports as needed.
• Ensure that all measurements are taken with extreme accuracy.
• Assist in developing new methods and technologies for efficient surveying activities.
• Manage assigned projects from start to finish while meeting all timelines and budget requirements.
