Executive Chef - Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. This position offers a salary of 1600 per month, and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operational activities of the kitchen staff including the preparation, cooking and presentation of all dishes
- Ensure compliance with all food safety standards established by local health department regulations
- Develop menus for daily specials and ensure they are prepared according to established standards and recipes
- Manage ordering of food supplies from vendors while monitoring stock levels and inventory controls to ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in dishes
- Monitor waste management processes to maintain cost effectiveness and ensure proper storage of food items to prevent loss or spoilage.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high volume restaurant or hotel establishment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Culinary Arts/Food Science or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and safety standards.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working under pressure.
