Position: Cashier
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1800 AED

We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are open to considering immigrants for this position.

The ideal candidate should be able to process various payments including cash, credit cards, and checks; as well as count money, balance books and reconcile accounts. Additionally, the right person should be customer-oriented and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Receive payments from customers; process cash, credit card and check transactions accurately
• Provide information to customers about products and services
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct
• Balance cash drawers at the end of the day
• Issue receipts or change due to customers as needed
• Answer questions from customers regarding their accounts
• Ensure all transactions are properly documented
• Maintain neat records of all transactions

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail setting is preferred but not essential
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with strong customer service orientation • High level of accuracy when dealing with money
