Project manager job in Dubai UAE


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion, excellent organizational skills, a comprehensive understanding of project management best practices, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
•Lead all aspects of the project including planning, execution, and delivery
•Monitor progress against key milestones and take corrective action where necessary
•Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
•Identify risks associated with the project and manage them effectively
•Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout all stages of the project
•Identify opportunities for improvement within the project processes and suggest changes where appropriate
•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
•Handle any other tasks assigned by senior management.

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field; Master's degree preferred
•5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in Dubai
•Strong knowledge of project management methodology (PMP certified is a plus)
•Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
•Ability to multitask effectively
•Good communication skills (written & verbal)
