We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a well-established restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in a similar role and must be willing to work hard to ensure the success of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff recruitment and training, ensuring customer satisfaction is met, managing budgets and maintaining high standards of service. They will also be required to assist in creating promotional activities and developing menus according to customer preferences.

The Restaurant Manager must possess excellent leadership skills, great problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of customer service. They must have a passion for the hospitality industry as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A foreign background is welcome but not essential for this role.
