Job Description
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with all applicable regulations. You will be in charge of hiring and managing staff, delegating tasks and setting performance goals, developing marketing strategies, creating menus, handling customer complaints and overseeing the restaurant's financial performance. Additionally, you will also be responsible for training employees on food safety protocols and ensure that the restaurant is always clean and presentable.

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including hiring and managing staff, delegating tasks, setting performance goals, creating menus etc.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract customers
• Handle customer complaints efficiently

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management or related field
