We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion for the hospitality industry, which includes customer service, scheduling staff, and overseeing restaurant operations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and creating a positive work environment for the staff. This includes motivating employees to ensure that they are working at their fullest potential, as well as evaluating the performance of each employee and providing guidance where necessary. The Restaurant Manager will also be in charge of ensuring that the restaurant meets all health and safety standards, while ensuring that customers have a high level of satisfaction with their experience.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international or fine dining establishment. They must also demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and possess knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques. Additionally, they must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
