Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1800 QAR/month

We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications following pharmaceutical standards and protocols.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Ensure accuracy of prescriptions filled and dispensed.
• Advise patients on the proper use of medications and potential side effects they may experience.
• Monitor drug therapies for safety, effectiveness, and cost efficiency.
• Compound medication as needed.
• Provide counsel on health care matters to patients/customers when needed.
• Ensure that all pharmacy activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
• Maintain appropriate records and inventory levels of drugs in stock.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent from an accredited institution is required; foreign qualifications will be considered but must meet local requirements for licensure.
• Minimum three years’ experience working as a pharmacist in a retail setting is preferred but not required; new graduates will also be considered.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, dosage forms, therapeutic classes, indications, contraindications, drug interactions, biopharmaceutics, pharmacology & toxicology is essential.
• Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers/patients in both verbal and written communication forms.
