Job Title: Physiotherapist
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1200 QAR per month
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a physiotherapist
• Licensure or certification in good standing with relevant professional bodies or organizations
• Knowledge and understanding of various types of physical therapy treatments, exercises, and techniques
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
• Willingness to accept immigrants preferred
Responsibilities:
• Assess patient health needs through medical history review, physical examination, functional assessment, and other diagnostic tests as necessary.
• Develop individualized care plans that identify physical therapy goals and strategies for achieving them.
• Administer therapeutic treatments utilizing manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilization, massage and myofascial release.
• Guide patients through personalized exercise programs designed to restore strength, flexibility, motor control and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress to ensure their safety and effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Provide education to patients on disease management, postural awareness and injury prevention.
• Maintain detailed records of patient progress notes for future reference or for transfer to other healthcare providers.
