Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages including refractive, ocular health and binocular vision assessments.
- Prescribe lenses and other optical aids as needed.
- Evaluate the patient’s visual system, diagnose vision problems, and provide treatment plans as necessary.
- Create patient records accurately recording all relevant data including visual acuity tests, medical history, eye findings, glasses prescription, contact lens specifications etc.
- Monitor patient progress by scheduling periodic follow up visits as needed.
- Educate patients on proper eye care techniques and lifestyle modifications to manage ocular conditions such as glaucoma or dry eye syndrome.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in optometry or related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid optometry license in Qatar or the ability to obtain one upon arrival in the country.
- Knowledge of diagnostic techniques, therapeutic modalities, pharmacology related to optometry care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering high quality patient care.
