Accountant vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are currently looking for an Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year work experience in a similar role and will be comfortable working with financial data.

The successful candidate must have excellent knowledge of accounting principles and possess strong problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is essential for this position in order to ensure accurate financial reports.

Responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining and reconciling the general ledger
2. Preparing financial statements and reports
3. Analyzing financial data and trends
4. Managing accounts receivable/payable
5. Performing month-end close procedures
6. Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
7. Completing other duties as assigned

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
2. At least one year of accounting experience required; preferably within a corporate setting
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software applications (e.g., QuickBooks) is essential
4. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, planning, and time management skills
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1600/monthly
