Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management. They should be knowledgeable in all aspects of accounting and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, bookkeeping, and taxation. The successful candidate should possess excellent analytical and organizational skills as well as strong communication abilities.

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial reports for the company. They will also generate business insights from financial data to inform decision making and strategy setting. Other responsibilities include preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; overseeing accounts payable and receivable; managing payroll; monitoring investments; ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations; troubleshooting any discrepancies; reviewing internal controls; developing annual budgets; performing internal audits; analyzing cash flow patterns and forecasting future revenues.

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of accounting software packages such as MYOB is advantageous. The salary for this position is 1500 KWD per month, depending on experience level. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
