Job Title: Dental Assistant

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: 1700 AED

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful applicant will assist the Dentist in providing excellent dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate should be patient focused, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and detail oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist the Dentist during examinations, treatments and procedures.
• Prepare necessary tools and equipments for dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
• Perform basic laboratory tasks such as preparing materials for impressions or restorations.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Take radiographs of teeth when instructed by the Dentist.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques.
• Provide post-operative instructions to patients as directed by the Dentist.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Dental Assistant preferred; however, we are willing to consider an immigrant with no experience in this role.
• Knowledge of dental office procedures and protocols.
• Hands-on experience with dental equipment including drills, autoclaves etc., preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is a plus but not required. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail required for this position.
