Position: Sommelier
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1800 AED

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and curating a wide selection of wines, as well as providing advice to customers on food and wine pairings.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and wine, excellent customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of current trends in the industry. The successful applicant should also be able to demonstrate their knowledge of international wines, handling techniques, food pairings, and cellar management.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Developing a comprehensive wine list that reflects the restaurant's unique menus
- Recommending appropriate wines for customers based on their individual tastes
- Maintaining accurate records of all inventory in the cellar
- Developing relationships with suppliers to ensure delivery of quality products at competitive prices
- Ensuring all staff members are properly trained in the safe handling and serving of wines.
