We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join our Al-Kuwait family. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, know all the necessary techniques to produce high-quality coffee drinks, and be able to provide a consistently extraordinary customer experience. Needs for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of barista experience in a similar environment. Knowledge of specialty drinks such as lattes and cappuccinos is highly desirable. The successful candidate should also have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. An ability to multitask is essential as well as knowledge of food safety standards. They should also be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary. Finally, we are open to considering foreign applicants with relevant experience and knowledge of different languages.
