HR Specialist – Doctor (Haur-Fakkan, 1000 AED)

We are currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced Doctor to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical services and treatment to patients.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• MD/MBBS or equivalent degree from an accredited medical school
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Certification from the Ministry of Health and Prevention or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of medical principles and practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluency in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
• Ability to work in shifts including evenings and weekends when necessary

Job Description:
The Doctor will manage patient care by assessing, diagnosing and planning treatments. He/She will also provide patient education on preventive care, health maintenance and disease management. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Examining patients’ symptoms, medical histories and test results to diagnose illnesses or injuries
• Prescribing medications or other treatments when necessary
• Collaborating with teams of healthcare professionals when necessary
• Performing surgeries as needed
