Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in the field and a passion for the retail industry. The salary for this position is 1400 AED per month. This position is open to immigrants as well.

Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales trends and create strategies to improve retail sales.
• Develop relationships with vendors and ensure that merchandise is ordered on time.
• Monitor stock levels and order new products when necessary.
• Create attractive displays in store front to increase customer appeal.
• Negotiate prices with vendors to get the best deals on products.
• Analyze customer feedback to determine which products are popular and need restocking.
• Maintain records of purchases, invoices, shipping documents and other related information.
• Monitor pricing policies of competitors to ensure competitiveness of store/products.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; a higher degree or equivalent education is preferred
• 3+ years of experience working in a similar role
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
• Proven ability to analyze data/trends and develop strategies accordingly
