Job Description:
The Sales Manager’s duties include:
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives
• Negotiating with customers to maximize sales and profits
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Monitoring market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities
• Analyzing customer data to inform strategy decisions
• Conducting competitive analysis/market research to identify new opportunities
• Managing the sales team by setting targets, coaching, and motivating them.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Knowledge of the local market is essential and previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as strong analytical skills.
• Ability to think strategically, problem-solve effectively, work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, work well under pressure, take initiative, be proactive and result oriented is required.
