The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and management, as well as the ability to work independently and lead a team of sales staff. We are looking for an individual who can build relationships with clients, provide superior customer service, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Monitor performance of sales staff and provide guidance and feedback
• Handle customer inquiries effectively
• Analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for growth
• Take ownership of the sales process from start to finish
• Prepare reports on sales activities
• Developing creative marketing strategies for product launches

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales/sales management roles
• Proven track record of success in developing strong customer relationships
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
