Executive Chef

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef in Abu Dhabi to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as an Executive Chef.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 per month. We are open to considering candidates from foreign countries who possess the necessary qualifications and experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food purchasing, inventory control, sanitation, and other related duties. He/she must ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained in all aspects of food preparation and delivery. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for training and supervising kitchen staff, developing new recipes and presentations for a variety of dishes, and ensuring proper portion control.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. He/she should have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with staff members at all levels as well as customers. A valid Food Safety certification is required as well as a passion for cooking and creating new dishes using fresh ingredients.
