Khalifah A City is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team. We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys cooking.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in cooking and food preparation. The Chef must be knowledgeable about current trends and techniques for preparing a variety of dishes, and must be passionate about creating and delivering quality dishes that meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals according to recipes while following safety and sanitation guidelines
• Monitor food stock levels and order ingredients as needed
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques to kitchen staff
• Ensure the kitchen is properly equipped with tools and supplies
• Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor portion sizes, waste, presentation, flavor, appearance, cost control, production schedules, etc
• Maintain a clean work environment at all times

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in professional cooking or food preparation
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance
• Ability to work long hours on your feet while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions/allergens/substitutions
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail

Salary: 1600 per month. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position.
