Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field or equivalent experience
• Previous experience tutoring or teaching in a classroom setting preferred
• Ability to manage a large workload and prioritize tasks efficiently

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop individual learning plans for each student based on their needs, abilities, interests and academic goals.
• Provide one-on-one instruction in specific subjects as needed.
