Job Summary
HR Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1300 AED per month

Job Duties
The HR Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization's Human Resources department. This includes recruiting and hiring new employees, developing and administering training programs, maintaining employee records, counseling staff on work-related issues, and administering employee benefits such as vacation and sick leave. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing policies to ensure that the company's operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 3+ years of experience in HR management
• Experience working with UAE labor laws
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team of HR professionals
