Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, running shift operations, handling customer complaints, and ensuring quality customer service. You will also be expected to implement and maintain health and safety standards as well as develop marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Proven experience in restaurant management or relevant position
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to lead by example in providing quality customer service
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of POS systems and menu engineering
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A valid UAE work permit is preferred but not required.
