Position: Instrument Technician
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 1,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires an individual with excellent technical knowledge who is capable of performing installations, maintenance and repairs of industrial instruments.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and must be able to demonstrate the capacity to troubleshoot problems with mechanical or electrical equipment. He/she must also possess good communication skills and be capable of working independently and as part of a team. Knowledge and understanding of the relevant safety regulations is essential.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Installing new instrumentation/control systems as per specifications provided by clients or engineering teams

- Conducting preventive maintenance checks on instrumentation systems

- Troubleshooting and repairing instruments when necessary

- Calibrating instruments and ensuring accuracy standards are met

- Documenting all work according to established procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field OR 5+ years’ experience as an Instrument Technician in a similar role

- Excellent knowledge of industrial instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow meters etc.

- Good knowledge of related safety regulations

- Ability to read schematics, drawings & diagrams

- Good communication skills (written & verbal)

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
