Job Responsibilities
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, washing or scraping
• Paint walls, ceilings, doors, windows and other surfaces using brushes, rollers or spray guns
• Mix colors according to the color palettes specified by the client
• Apply sealants to protect painted surfaces from moisture damage
• Monitor the progress of painting work to ensure quality standards are met
• Re-coat walls and ceilings due to damage or fading of paint
• Keep track of all painting materials used on a daily basis

Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a painter in residential and commercial settings
• Ability to mix colors accurately according to specifications
• Knowledge of safety procedures including the use of protective equipment such as goggles and masks • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
