Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Manager to be based in Abu-Dhabi and lead our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, and be able to handle a variety of projects simultaneously. The Manager will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring that all tasks are performed according to the highest quality standards, and ensuring that customer service is at its highest level.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role and must possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. A foreign applicant is welcome to apply. We offer a competitive salary of 1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
• Developing strategies to improve organizational efficiency by overseeing daily operations
• Developing short-term and long-term goals for the department or business unit
• Leading teams in achieving set goals while maintaining high quality standards
• Analyzing data from various sources in order to develop action plans that improve company performance
• Designing processes for efficient workflow throughout the organization while managing resources effectively
• Collaborating with other departments or business units in order to achieve company objectives
• Managing personnel by setting objectives, providing training/coaching, monitoring performance, solving conflicts, etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently • Strong problem solving & analytical skills • Excellent leadership & organizational abilities • Knowledgeable in customer service & financial management principles
