Job Responsibilities
As Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining operations and ensuring the smooth running of the company. This includes the management of personnel, developing strategies for growth and profitability as well as implementing policies and procedures. You will be accountable for monitoring performance targets against budgets and ensuring that all areas of the business are meeting their goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing guidance to staff members in order to ensure that they reach their highest potential.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years experience in managing teams in an operational setting. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills as well as strong interpersonal communication skills. A degree in business or a related field is preferred but not essential. We are also looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great results as well as having an organized approach to their work.
