Job Responsibilities:
• Source potential candidates on online platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Screen resumes and perform initial interviews with prospective candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and desired qualifications
• Develop job postings on job boards, newspapers, or other media outlets as needed
• Assess candidates' skills and aptitudes through interviews or tests as necessary
• Track recruiting metrics (applicant source, time-to-hire, etc.)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
