Position Title: Recruiter
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1200 AED
Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential new employees for our organization. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of recruitment practices and strategies.

The ideal candidate must have experience with recruiting in the UAE or Middle East region and be able to effectively source candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media platforms, employee referrals, career fairs, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates in a timely manner
• Source candidates through various channels including job postings, social media platforms, employee referrals, career fairs etc.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for interviews
• Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications
• Schedule in-person interviews with qualified candidates
• Participate in job fairs or other recruiting events as needed
• Follow up with selected applicants after interview process is completed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Proven experience with recruitment in the UAE or Middle East region
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of applicable laws related to hiring practices
