We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of housekeeping services in our hotel. This includes managing a team of housekeepers, controlling budgets, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding standards of cleanliness and safety. The successful candidate should have an excellent eye for detail and a commitment to the highest levels of customer service.

The Housekeeping Manager will be expected to plan, delegate, and coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure all areas of the hotel are kept clean and presentable at all times. This includes ordering supplies, making sure cleaning schedules are adhered to, overseeing staff recruitment and training, as well as addressing any customer complaints or issues that arise. It is essential that the successful candidate demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be able to lead a team effectively.
