Title: Sales Manager, Abu-Dhabi

Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 1300 per month (negotiable)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have an excellent track record of achievement in sales, strong customer service skills and a passion for success. We are willing to consider immigrants for this role.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager will be to lead our sales team in achieving sales targets and growing the business. The Sales Manager must be able to develop relationships with key stakeholders, manage customer accounts, identify new business opportunities and provide innovative solutions. This role involves identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions that meet their needs.

The successful candidate should have experience managing sales teams, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region. They must also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. A background in marketing would be an advantage but not essential for this role.

Minimum work experience is required for this position; however, we are willing to consider a combination of relevant education and experience from those with less than three years’ experience in sales management roles.
