We are looking for an experienced and qualified Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, overseeing all aspects of construction activities. The position offers a competitive salary of 1800 per month, plus benefits.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field;
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager;
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities;
• Ability to motivate and manage teams;
• Extensive knowledge of construction techniques and regulations;
• Experience with project management software is an asset.
We are also ready to consider applicants with no experience but who possess the necessary qualifications.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. This includes establishing project timelines, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, supervising staff, coordinating subcontractors, resolving conflicts and making sure all safety regulations are followed. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for negotiating contracts with contractors/suppliers, maintaining accurate records of all activities related to the project and providing regular progress reports to the management team.
