Job Opening: Construction Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi! In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our construction projects. You will ensure that all construction operations are planned and executed in the most efficient manner possible while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager
• Familiarity with local construction regulations
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and other technical documents
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Job Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans and timelines for each project phase
• Supervise onsite personnel, subcontractors, and vendors as necessary
• Manage day-to-day operations on the job site including scheduling of materials delivery, labor resources, etc.
• Monitor progress against established plans/timelines to ensure that projects remain on schedule
• Ensure safety protocols are adhered to at all times
