We are currently searching for a Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The salary for this position is 1100 and we are open to considering an immigrant for this role. No prior experience is necessary as we are looking for someone who is driven, organised and has the right attitude to succeed in this role.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for the successful management of the construction site, ensuring that all tasks are completed within budget and on time, and overseeing day-to-day operations. You will have a strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations, and ensure that all employees adhere to them at all times. You will be responsible for ensuring materials are ordered on time, coordinating with subcontractors, producing reports and schedules, monitoring progress against goals, resolving issues that arise onsite, and liaising with external stakeholders such as government officials and inspectors.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, can work independently or as part of a team, is capable of multitasking under pressure, has strong problem solving skills, is highly organised and can manage their time effectively.
