Construction Manager – Abu Dhabi
We are a construction company based in Abu Dhabi and we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team with competitive salaries and benefits.
Job Description:
The Construction Manager will oversee the planning, design, construction, and completion of projects. The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the project from conception to completion. This includes budgeting, scheduling, supervising subcontractors and other personnel, managing materials, ensuring safety regulations are met, and more. The Construction Manager will also work closely with the client to ensure that all their needs are met throughout the project.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• An understanding of applicable building codes and regulations
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• We are ready to consider an immigrant without experience for this role
