Secretary job in Doha Qatar


Position: Secretary
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1000 QAR/month

We are looking for a highly-motivated and organized individual to fill a Secretary role in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be an immigrant, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Greeting and directing visitors
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Maintaining files and records
• Preparing documents for meetings or other purposes
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and document filing
• Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable, but not required
• Experience working with immigrants is preferred but not essential
