Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, quality control, change management, risk management and communication. The Project Manager will be expected to develop project plans that meet the organizational objectives and ensure successful completion of the project by meeting all deadlines, budget requirements and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills and be able to take initiative, delegate tasks effectively and provide clear direction for project teams.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with 5+ years of experience in project management
• Proven track record of successfully initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing projects on time
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum or Waterfall
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify risks early on in the process
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders including customers/clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) as well as other web-based applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction from senior management
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects concurrently

Salary & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 QAR per month plus benefits package which includes medical insurance coverage for you and your family members along with vacation time off.
