Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and have the ability to generate new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to increase sales.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets
ā¢ Monitor market trends and competitorsā activities to identify potential growth opportunities
ā¢ Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking and other activities
ā¢ Establish constructive relationships with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
ā¢ Develop innovative ideas to promote products/services
ā¢ Monitor customer feedback and generate reports regularly
ā¢ Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance against targets
ā¢ Train and mentor junior team members as required
Qualifications & Requirements
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Business or related field
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the Middle Eastern market preferred
ā¢ Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets with a good understanding of the Middle Eastern market
ā¢ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Arabic is preferred
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients, customers, partners, etc
ā¢ Strong organizational, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Salary & Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 QR per month plus benefits. We are also willing to consider foreigners for this position.
