Our ideal candidate has a strong background in culinary arts and a proven track record of creating delicious dishes for customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative menus that meet the high standards of our restaurant, overseeing operations in the kitchen, and ensuring food safety protocols are met. The Executive Chef will also work closely with the purchasing department to ensure ingredients meet the highest quality standards and are available at a competitive price.

The ideal candidate should have:
• At least 5 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, recipes, flavor profiles, food safety regulations, and dietary restrictions
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff to reach their goals
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of cost-control techniques such as portioning and menu pricing
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
