You should also possess strong interpersonal skills, as you will be required to interact with customers during your trips. The ability to read maps and follow directions is essential, as well as the ability to multitask and manage multiple trips at once.

You will need to ensure that all vehicles are kept in good condition at all times, checking them for any mechanical issues prior to each journey. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of each trip and keep track of customer feedback or complaints.
