Job Title: Land Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys of lands and properties, measuring boundaries and mapping areas.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys of lands and properties to determine boundaries and record measurements.
• Map areas using intricate technology like GPS systems and drones to collect data accurately.
• Analyze survey results including measurements, angles and elevations in order to produce accurate results.
• Prepare reports on survey findings, including maps with detailed descriptions of the surveyed area.
• Communicate with clients about their survey needs and ensure that all requirements are met.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies related to surveying in order to maximize efficiency when working on a project.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or a related field (e.g., Civil Engineering).
• Professional license/certification as a Land Surveyor is required.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor or related role is preferred.
• Proficient in surveying software applications like AutoCAD and GIS (Geographic Information Systems).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction as well as collaboratively on teams within a fast-paced environment.
