Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving customers and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet customers with a friendly smile upon their arrival
• Take orders from customers accurately, politely, and promptly
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
• Ensure that all orders are correct before delivering them to the table
• Make sure that all food is prepared according to the restaurant’s standards of quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant by wiping tables, sweeping floors, washing dishes, etc.
• Assist in stocking up supplies of ingredients as needed
• Respond to customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed when handling food or beverages

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter in a similar environment
• Ability to work under pressure while providing excellent customer service
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Knowledge about sanitation regulations is preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Open for immigrants with valid visa/work permit
