Waiter - Jeddah 900 SAR

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Jeddah. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests in a highly professional manner. You will be working with a team of waiters and supervisors to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly upon arrival, provide menus, present specials, explain menu items, and take orders
• Serve food and beverages, suggesting items when appropriate
• Check food for quality before serving it to customers
• Ensure all dishes are properly presented
• Refill drinks as needed
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
• Follow up with customers after their meals
• Clean tables before new guests arrive
• Receive payments from customers
• Maintain a neat and tidy work area at all times

Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Ability to operate standard restaurant equipment including cash register/POS systems • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with fluency in English • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure • Must be friendly, reliable, courteous, organized and able to work well under pressure • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends & holidays • Foreigners are welcome to apply
