Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Salary: 1300 SAR per month

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, juices etc. according to customer’s order.
• Greet customers upon arrival; provide friendly service to all customers.
• Take orders from customers accurately; enter order details into point of sale systems quickly and accurately.
• Provide menu information to customers when requested; answer questions about ingredients or menu items.
• Stock supplies such as cups, lids, stirrers etc.; clean work area throughout shift; restock inventory as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of cafe including counters, tables and floors; ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned daily.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in barista or related field preferred (but not required).
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with customers in person or over the phone/internet/chat services.
• Knowledge of food safety standards; must be willing to adhere to health codes at all times.
