Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific project(s) to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved within the prescribed time frame and budget. This position requires strong management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask. The successful candidate should also possess exceptional communication skills and be able to work effectively with diverse teams. The salary offered is 1700 per month.

Job Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from start to finish. This includes defining project objectives and scope, developing detailed plans and schedules, coordinating resources across multiple departments, monitoring progress against goals and budget parameters, identifying any risks or problems that may arise throughout the process, providing regular updates on project progress to stakeholders, managing changes in project scope or timeline as required by stakeholders/customers/clients, ensuring quality standards are met at all stages of project delivery, developing problem-solving strategies when necessary. Additionally, the Project Manager will lead collaborative meetings with stakeholders as well as internal staff members to ensure that all parties remain updated on progress.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role at a mid-level or higher within a corporate organization or agency setting. A degree in Business Administration or Project Management is preferred but not mandatory; however experience in leading complex projects is essential for this role. Additionally excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are highly desirable along with excellent organizational capabilities. Knowledge of best practices related to project management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is beneficial as well as experience in using JIRA software systems or other similar programs is preferred but not required.

Experience
The successful candidate should have previous experience leading multiple projects simultaneously while paying close attention to detail at all times. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities are essential for this role along with strong leadership skills that inspire confidence amongst teams members being managed by them while maintaining professionalism during difficult conversations with clients/stakeholders where necessary. Additionally if the successful candidate possesses an international background this would be highly desirable due consideration given to immigrants for this vacancy.
