Responsibilities
• Develop and implement project plans as well as strategies for successful completion of the project
• Monitor progress, budget, and timeline of projects to ensure they meet deadlines
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders (clients, employees, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the team to identify risks and develop solutions for any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
• Prepare reports on project performance metrics for senior management review

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a corporate setting
• Proven track record of successful project completion on time and on budget
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
