We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality and service excellence, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead a team.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of managerial experience in a restaurant setting, preferably in Dubai. They should also be familiar with the local culture and cuisine, as well as excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not essential. The salary is 1400 AED per month which is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing staff performance, and ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times. You will ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and on time, check supplies to ensure they are adequate for daily operations, complete necessary paperwork (e.g., invoices) accurately and on time; provide feedback to staff regarding their performance; manage staff relations; handle customer complaints professionally; create daily specials; maintain records for sales trends; control inventory; manage operational costs within budgetary guidelines; create strategies to increase profitability of the restaurant. Furthermore you will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment by implementing safety protocols set by corporate management or governmental regulations.
